T-Bones Game

CommunityAmerica Credit Union generously donated a luxury suite* to our Jake Cavanaugh 1st Annual St. Patrick's Day Celebration/Fundraiser.  The gift included 40 suite passes and $500 in catering at CommunityAmerica Ballpark .  To say thank you to those that gave of their time and talents, a party bus was rented to chauffeur the volunteers to the game.  As you can see by the pictures, it was a lot of fun.  Our favorite picture is the one of Jake having a wonderful time right along with us.

1st Annual Jake Cavanaugh St. Patrick’s Day Party

Jake would have loved the 1st Annual Jake Cavanaugh St. Patrick’s Day party that was held March 11th, 2011. Everyone from the small kids to college students to grandparents had a great time. The Irish Dancers, Pat with Graney Entertainment as DJ, Fr. Don, Dave Kramer as MC, the boys and men in their kilts did a great job of entertaining the group. It was touching to us to see the large number of people who came out to celebrate Jake’s life and help provide support to children and families affected by cancer.

The next Jake Cavanaugh St. Patrick's Day Celebration will be Saturday, March 17th, 2012 at the Elks. Hope you can join us as we continue to celebrate Jake's life.

Jake Cavanaugh St. Patrick’s Day Celebration 2012

Thank you to our friends and family for the countless hours spent making Jake’s Celebration very special and successful. We were amazed at the number of people from young kids to adults that came and had a great time.  It was so cool to look out and see all the people having fun. Thanks so much to the sponsors and volunteers and those who donated to the Jake Cavanaugh Foundation.

Jake Can Sand Volleyball Tournament

Thanks everyone for coming out to play and support the Jake Can Sand Volleyball Tournament. A big thanks to Katie Dowden for organizing the event. She did an amazing job putting it all together. Everyone had fun, we were able to help a family with the proceeds, and we love for people to remember Jake.

Jake’s St. Patrick’s Day Celebration 2013

Jake’s St. Patrick’s Day Celebration exceeded our expectations again this year. We had a couple pictures of Jake on the dance floor – it truly felt like Jake was out there dancing with all his family and friends. That makes us smile.
